- Roof Condition and Event-Related Damage Reports
- Building Defects and Compliance Reports (post-works review)
- Desktop Advisory Reports (reviewing third-party reports and providing expert opinion)
- Dilapidation, Condition, and Maintenance Reports
- Timber Floor inspections
Where relevant, completed reports refer to relevant Australian Standards / Building Codes (BCA/NCC) along with any manufacturers guidelines.
